Quarterfinal #2 — Court Philippe-Chatrier, evening session
The evening session on Quarterfinal Tuesday carries the second men’s quarterfinal of the day — one match under the lights on Court Philippe-Chatrier. By the time the evening session begins, one men’s quarterfinalist is already known from the day session. The second semifinal spot gets decided tonight.
Evening sessions at this stage of Roland Garros have a particular atmosphere. The crowd is smaller than the afternoon but focused entirely on a single match. The roof closes if needed, the noise stays in, and Paris in early June is warm enough that the evening is genuinely comfortable.
Buying closer to the date gives you a clearer picture of who is playing. By Quarterfinal Tuesday the draw has been settled for days and the match-ups are known well in advance.
About Court Philippe-Chatrier
Court Philippe-Chatrier is the main stage of Roland Garros. The retractable roof — added in 2020 — means evening sessions run regardless of weather. From the quarterfinals onwards, all show court singles action is on Chatrier. A Chatrier evening ticket does not include access to the Outside Courts, as most activity there has finished by the time the evening session begins.
Buying Quarterfinal evening tickets
Evening session tickets are sold separately from the day session. Roland Garros tickets are distributed through the official FFT ballot, which opens in autumn each year.
Tennis Ticket Service sources tickets from the secondary market. Prices are above face value and reflect current supply and demand. Every order comes with two guarantees: seats are always grouped in pairs, and you receive the category you ordered or a better one.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations are possible but subject to conditions. Orders cannot be cancelled within one month before the start of the tournament. For cancellations more than four months before the event, 50% of the ticket price is refunded. Between one and four months before the event, 40% is refunded. Once e-tickets have been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Full details are in Article 11 of our Terms & Conditions.
