Domstolen Rainier III

Prinsarnas hov
Court des Princes is the Monte-Carlo Country Club’s second show court, used for singles and doubles matches through the first and second rounds of the main draw. Smaller and more intimate than Court Rainier III, it sits lower on the hillside and places spectators considerably closer to the action — the sightlines are tighter, the atmosphere more enclosed, and on days when seeded players are assigned here, you watch top-level clay-court tennis from a distance that the main show court rarely offers.
A Court des Princes ticket is separate from a Court Rainier III seat and covers all matches scheduled on that court for the day you attend. Because several matches typically run back-to-back across the day session, a ticket here often means more live tennis per visit than a single assigned seat on the centre court.
What to expect on Court des Princes:
- Round coverage: 1st and 2nd round singles, plus doubles throughout the tournament
- Atmosphere: More enclosed and informal than Court Rainier III — on days a seeded player is assigned here, you’ll watch them from just a few metres away
- Format: Multiple matches per session; general access within the court rather than individually assigned seats
- Access: A Court des Princes ticket does not include entry to Court Rainier III, and vice versa — the two courts require separate tickets
- Schedule: The day-by-day assignment of matches to Court des Princes is confirmed the evening before each round, once the tournament is underway
Tennis Ticket Service now offers Court des Princes tickets for the Monte-Carlo Masters. It is the only court at the club, besides Court Rainier III, for which we sell tickets.
Browse Court des Princes ticketsCourt des Princes at the Monte-Carlo Country Club is occasionally confused with the Parc des Princes in Paris, which is a football stadium. They are entirely separate venues — Court des Princes is a clay tennis court on the French Riviera, used exclusively during the Monte-Carlo Masters and the club’s regular season.
Grounds de yttre gårdarna
Beyond the two show courts, the club has around a dozen additional clay courts, hosting qualifying, doubles and early-round matches. The tournament sells a separate grounds pass for access to these outer courts, without a reserved seat on either show court. We don’t currently offer grounds passes through Tennis Ticket Service — our tickets cover Court Rainier III and Court des Princes only.
