Tennis Ticket Service has a partnership with several major carrier services. Within Europe UPS is our trusted partner and ensures timely delivery. Outside of Europe DHL is our partner to make sure shipments arrive quick and safe.

Tickets for Roland Garros are electronic and are send to our clients via e-mail. The tickets that are send are on a A4 format and have to be printed out by the client and taken to the ground of Roland Garros. PLEASE NOTE that the e-tickets have another name printed on them then the names of the client. These are the names of the original purchaser.

After a client orders tickets to Roland Garros at Tennis Ticket Service they are send a confirmation mail. In this e-mail they are asked for the complete names of the people attending the tournament on the tickets. The names of the people attending are then registered in the system of the French Tennis Federation.

When a client visits the ground of Roland Garros he/she will find poles with scanners in front of the gate. Here you have to scan the printed e-tickets send by Tennis Ticket Service. This pole will read the registered name (send by the client), and will then print out a voucher with that name. This voucher (with the names of the client) is the official entry pass and will give access at the gate.
