The name printed on your ticket is that of the original purchaser—not a Tennis Ticket Service employee—and does not affect your entry.

  • We buy tickets from individuals or intermediaries, so the printed name reflects who originally bought them
  • If an event requires personalized tickets, we’ll request your details to reissue with your name
  • For non-nominative tickets, any name on the printout is valid and won’t prevent admission
  • All tickets are fully guaranteed upon booking, regardless of the printed name

The face value printed on your ticket reflects the original event price, not the amount you paid as a secondary reseller.

  • We purchase tickets at a premium to guarantee availability, which raises our selling price above face value
  • Our quoted price includes that premium plus operational and service costs (staff, marketing, customer support)
  • Dynamic pricing means reseller prices fluctuate with market demand and can exceed the printed value
  • Your final price guarantees your ticket and peace of mind, even if primary tickets sell out
